Call for Vendors
Calling all local farmers & producers for the 3rd Annual North Side Pop-up Farmers Market! Northwest Side Community Development Corporation is bringing back the North Side Pop-up Farmers Markets this August for another season!
This year we will be back at the same three locations we used last year and will be hosting five outdoor markets – on every Tuesday in August! We have the logistics finalized and are now recruiting local vendors to sell fresh and healthy food items at the markets.
While we still do not have a traditional vendor fee, we are requiring a $100 refundable deposit to hold your spot. You will get your deposit back if you attend each market and/or if you let us know if something happens preventing you from being part of the market at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is not due at the time of application, but if you are approved, we will provide additional instructions.
As in past years, vendors will have to provide all necessary items for your 10' x 10' stall. We will accept SNAP/EBT. We aim to host the markets rain or shine, but we may cancel in the event of severe weather or storms.
We will also be coordinating the same coupon program where the first 20 customers at each market will receive $3 worth of plastic tokens, serving as $60 of "free money" floating around at each market. We will also be doing special social media posts to highlight each vendor in the weeks leading up to the markets.
