NWSCDC and several partners have worked together since 2016 to transform a formerly vacant City-owned brownfield at 4101 N. 31st Street into Green Tech Station, a hands-on green infrastructure learning & research destination! Historically, the 3-acre site supported the 30th Street Corridor’s industrial past as a truck filling station, containing multiple above-ground bulk oil storage tanks.

Through a multi-year process, community members, partners, and stakeholders worked together to clean up and redevelop this parcel as a unique field trip destination that features green infrastructure, solar panels, public art, research opportunities, and more!

Walk-ups are also welcome on the day of the event.
