JSOnlineTom Daykin reports today in the Journal-Sentinel on the public-private partnership NWSCDC is facilitating to develop a 45,000-square-foot Lena's supermarket with 50,000 square feet of additional retail space on 7.5 acres along W. North Ave., east of N. 25th St.
