NWSCDC

The NWSCDC manages the Villard Avenue Business Improvement District (BID #19). The NWSCDC facilitates BID Board meetings once a month at the Villard Library. Meetings are generally held every second Tuesday of the month. The NWSCDC also provides financial accounting services to the BID.

The mission of the BID is to maintain and improve the business climate on the street by pooling resources to make investments in the streetscape, fund the annual Villard Day street festival, and continue the work of promoting Villard Avenue as a viable and safe destination for existing and new businesses.
