Information: Mr. McGovern-Rowen manages the Milwaukee Technology Incubator Center. He has more than 10 years of experience managing people, property, and finances. For three years Mr. McGovern-Rowen served as legislative assistant to the Third Aldermanic District in the City of Milwaukee and was responsible for constituent communications and for city service concerns for 41,700 residents. He forged strong relationships with neighbors, business leaders, and employees from every department of City government. In 2008 he worked in the administration of Mayor Barrett researching and making policy recommendations regarding property foreclosures. Previous to that he worked in property management and finance.
