On Saturday, August 7, 2010  the Northwest side CDC and The Milwaukee Police Department 5th District Hosted one of four Community Action Days. The purpose of these events were to bring the community together  for Neighborhood Clean-Ups, Resource fairs and to promote neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships in our fight for a safer community.
