ACT Festival
Atkinson, Capitol, Teutonia are a part of the Business Improvement District #29. On Saturday, July 10, 2010 from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm on 20th Street Between Atkinson and Capitol Drive Come out and enjoy the Festival, Games! Live Music! Food! a Health Fair and Much More.
The ACT Festival is being held in honor of the late Will Perkins Jr. who owned Mr. Perkins Family Restaurant. A permanent memorial will be dedicated.
