There is help for home repairs in the Century City Neighborhood. The City of Milwaukee has designated the area from Capital Drive-Hopkins-26th Street as a targeted area for home repair.

The TIN Program
The TIN-Target Investment Neighborhood focuses funds and resources in a relatively small area for approximately three years. the goal of the program is to support and encourage owner occupancy and improve the safety and apperance of the neighborhood.

- Up to $30,000 in a combination of low interest and forgiveable loans.

- Deferred payment Loans (DPL) are available to low income elderly home owners.

- Exterior priority repairs can include code violation repairs and lead paint abatement.

- Window replacement, outdoor siding, electrical, heating and plumbing updates may also qualify.
