Along with several sponsors including District 1 Alderman Ashanti Hamilton, and the Blood Center of Milwaukee, The NWSCDC supported the Villard Avenue Business Improvement District’s 4th annual Villard Avenue Day Festival on Villard Ave. from 34th St. to 37th St. on Saturday, September 6th. The event brought the community together for musical entertainment, family and children’s activities, contests and food vendors.
The festival was larger this year than it has been in the past, and the NWSCDC would like to thank the BID, sponsors, and all of the volunteers who made this year’s event so special.
The NWSCDC had an information table at the event to promote their “Rebuild the Villard Library” campaign and inform residents about the Villard Square Development Proposal.
